Dear Award-Winning Toastmasters,

Good morning and I hope that this message finds you well.

On behalf of 2009-2010 District 51 Governor Ritchie Chong and 2009-2010 District 51-P Lieutenant-Governor Marketing Francis Ng, many congratulations are due to you and your fellow Club Officers in one of the Clubs to achieve the most significant growth in your Toastmasters Club’s membership by making the greatest net gain in membership in the following categories during the period from 1 July 2009 - 30 June 2010.

You should be very proud of your achievement because only a tiny percentage of the 226 Clubs in District 51 (Peninsular Malaysia) succeeded in making even a 10% gain in net membership and YOUR Club far exceeded that excellent performance.

Your Club will be able to receive the congratulations of the 2009-2010 District Governor and representatives of Clubs from all parts of the District at the District 51 Semi-Annual Convention at Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur from 29-31 October 2010.

And, in addition to the well-deserved congratulations, your Club will receive the previously announced prize as your reward for success and hard work – the description & graphic images of your award and the other Clubs’ awards are shown in the attached pdf file.

The Awards are planned to be presented to the successful Clubs on the evening of Saturday, 31 October, during the Banquet & Hall of Fame event at the Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

We do hope that not only your President, but also as many other Club members as possible will be able to share the spotlight at this grand occasion.

Please continue to promote the benefits of Toastmasters - and, of course, we also hope that you will be motivated to continue to seek even more new members so you can hope to win future awards for Marketing Excellence.
Because the mission of the Marketing Team of District 51-Peninsular during 2009-2010 has been:
µ To Promote Excellence
µ To Reward Performance
µ To Motivate Members
– please check out the District 51 website or our D51-P Marketing blog to find out all the details.

For now, congratulations again - and see you in KL in October.

If you need any more info about the Awards ceremony, please do contact 2009-10 Marketing Team members, LGM-P Francis or Geoff or Azmi (contact details are given below)
